New Delhi, 27 June (H.S.): Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, and several other leaders on Saturday extended greetings to entrepreneurs, startups, artisans, and workers across the country on the occasion of International Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) Day. They described the MSME sector as the backbone of India's economy and acknowledged its vital contribution to employment generation, innovation, and economic growth.

In a message posted on social media platform X, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said that the MSME sector plays a crucial role in generating employment, fostering innovation, and contributing to the vision of a developed India. She added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, continuous efforts to strengthen the MSME sector are accelerating India's economic growth and advancing the goal of self-reliance.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended his greetings to entrepreneurs, startups, artisans, and workers across the state. He said that the MSME sector plays a key role in promoting innovation, strengthening self-reliance, and creating new employment opportunities for the youth. He also called for encouraging entrepreneurship to help build a developed Haryana and a developed India.

Delhi Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Transport, and Information Technology Pankaj Kumar Singh said that the MSME sector forms the foundation of India's economy. He noted that it has made significant contributions to promoting local industries, encouraging innovation, and fulfilling the vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Delhi Public Works Department Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh also conveyed his greetings to entrepreneurs across the country on International MSME Day. He said that the policies and reforms introduced under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have provided fresh opportunities to millions of entrepreneurs. He added that a strong MSME sector will remain the greatest driving force behind a prosperous, self-reliant, and developed India.
