Bhubaneswar, 20 June (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan extended heartfelt birthday greetings to President of India Droupadi Murmu, lauding her inspiring journey and contributions to the nation.

In a social media message, Chief Minister Majhi described President Murmu as a proud daughter of Odisha, a symbol of national inspiration, and an embodiment of unwavering determination. He said her life journey reflects the strength of Indian democracy and stands as a historic achievement for women empowerment.

Majhi highlighted that despite facing numerous struggles and challenges, President Murmu rose to occupy the highest constitutional office in the country with dignity and resilience. He noted that her leadership has instilled renewed confidence among millions across India.

The Chief Minister further praised her simplicity, humility, and deep emotional connection with her roots, calling her an enduring role model for every Odia. He prayed to Lord Jagannath for her good health, long life, and continued service to the nation.

Similarly, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also conveyed his warm birthday wishes to the President, describing her life as an extraordinary journey from struggle to the highest position of leadership.
