Patna Court Defers Bail Plea of Khan Sir's Security Guards


Patna, June 16 (HS): A court in Patna on Tuesday deferred hearing on the bail pleas of two security guards employed by educator Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, in connection with a case involving alleged assault, commotion and firing at Musallahpur Hat in the city.

During the hearing, the court directed the investigating agency to submit an updated case diary and other relevant documents related to the probe.

The matter has been posted for further hearing on June 20.

The case pertains to an incident linked to Khan Global Studies at Musallahpur Hat. Investigation into the matter is currently underway.

A separate hearing concerning Faisal Khan is also scheduled for June 20. He is presently under interim protection from arrest in the case.
