Mumbai,
21 May (HS): The process of loan waiving of all farmers will be completed by
June 30. They will be able to seek loans for the monsoon season. The
announcement was made by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday. He also instructed
the nationalised banks to complete at least 80 per cent of crop loans

season was completed and farmers were granted relief before the beginning of
the season. The decision was taken after a meeting relating to the next season.
A discussion on the pattern about loan waiver to be followed and format through
which information to be submitted were held.
The
planning for the next season as the IMD has forecast 88per cent rains, cropping
pattern, timely information to farmers through the App etc were discussed.
