16 May (HS): A total of 197 cadets of 15 UP Battalion NCC successfully earned
the prestigious NCC ‘A’ Certificate after completing the required training and
examination conducted under the guidelines of the National Cadet Corps. The achievement reflects the cadets’ dedication,
discipline, and commitment towards the ideals of unity, leadership, and
national service promoted by NCC. The cadets underwent rigorous institutional
training, drill practices, physical fitness sessions, and social service
activities before qualifying for the certification.

Ritu Srivastava Commanding Officer of 15 UP Battalion NCC congratulated all
successful cadets and appreciated the efforts of the Associate NCC Officers,
Permanent Instructional Staff, and training teams for their guidance and
mentorship. The officer stated that the NCC ‘A’ Certificate is an important
milestone that helps cadets develop confidence, leadership qualities, and a
spirit of patriotism.
Parents
and educational institutions also expressed pride over the remarkable performance
of the cadets. The successful conduct of the examination and certification
process further highlights the battalion’s continuous efforts in nurturing
disciplined and responsible youth. The
cadets pledged to continue serving society with dedication and to uphold the
values and traditions of the National Cadet Corps, informed PRO &
