He never compromised with injustice and invaders, remaining unwavering in his principles and ideals despite enduring unbearable torture.
Sambhaji Maharaj's sacrifice and his glorious life will continue to inspire patriotism and courage for ages to come.
Amit Shah wrote, From childhood, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj internalized the values of patriotism, dharma protection, and Hindavi Swaraj. He liberated numerous strategic areas from Mughal control and defeated the Mughal army in countless battles. Committed lifelong to preventing religious conversions, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj never allowed the torch of swadharma, swabhasha, and swaraj to extinguish, ultimately offering his life for it.
