State President Pankaj Chaudhary released gynecologist Dr. Richa Gangwar's book

Garbh Sanskar at the Naimisharanya Guest House on Friday. BJP State

General Secretary Sanjay Rai, Legislative Council Member Avnish Singh Patel,

MLC Hariom Pandey, BJP State Spokesperson Alok Verma, and State Youth Front

Minister Deepak Mall were prominently present on the occasion.

The book's

author, Dr. Richa Gangwar, said that Garbha Sanskar is an ancient prenatal

knowledge system from India. It means womb culture, meaning the careful

nurturing of a child's mind, body, and spirit during pregnancy. Modern science

also now recognizes how early emotional and auditory experiences shape a

child's future.

Mall, a professor at Era Medical College, explained that this book contains 10

chapters. Each chapter is dedicated to each month after conception. Chapter 10,

meanwhile, focuses on yoga and pranayama. The book's unique feature is that

each chapter is followed by a QR code. Scanning this code allows women to

listen to Dr. Richa Gangwar's video. The book covers lifestyle, sensory

development, personality traits, memory, consciousness, and yoga and pregnancy

in detail.
