Indian opener Shefali Verma surged two places to sixth in ICC Women's T20I batting rankings after smashing 57 off 38 balls (4 fours, 2 sixes) in the second T20I against South Africa in Durban. Despite her fireworks, India lost by eight wickets, trailing 0-2 in the five-match series.

West Indies captain Hayley Matthews rose to third. India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur vaulted two spots to joint 11th after her unbeaten 47 in the opener. South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt leads series scoring (105 runs, twin fifties) holding fifth overall.

SA All-Rounders Storm Rankings

Annerie Dercksen leaped 18 places to 33rd (unbeaten 44), Sune Luus hit career-best 35th (57 off 46), and Chloe Tryon reached joint 11th in all-rounders rankings.

Nonkululeko Mlaba climbed to joint sixth among bowlers (1- economical), Ayabonga Khaka hit 25th (3 wickets), Tumi Sekhukhune jumped 23 to 55th.

Bangladesh's Sharmin Akhter rocketed seven places to 22nd in ODIs with an 86-run matchwinning knock against Sri Lanka.
