New Delhi, 14 April (H.S.):

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday extended greetings to the people of the country on the occasion of Baisakhi, the sacred festival of the Sikhs, and Maha Bishuba Pana Sankranti, the Odia New Year. He conveyed his wishes for peace, prosperity and happiness through separate posts on social media.

In his message on Baisakhi, the Prime Minister greeted the nation and wished happiness and well-being in everyone’s life. In another post, he also extended his greetings on the occasion of Maha Bishuba Pana Sankranti and conveyed his best wishes for the festival.
