(HS): Nagpur Police have issued a Look-Out Circular (LOC)

against 10 people including Alok Choudhary, owner of SBl Energy Limited where

19 workers died in an explosion and several others were injured.

Choudhary and

nine others have been reported absconding following the accident Sunday

morning. Police had gone to his residence in Raipur in Chhattisgarh in search

of Choudhary but returned empty handed. Police conducted searches at his

residence and could not find any evidence in connection with the company and

the accident.

Following the

LOC alert has been sounded to immigration authorities across all airports and

sea ports and land borders to prevent him from taking international travel.

Besides 19

deaths, 24 workers are being treated in Nagpur, many of whom are critical. Most

of them received burn injuries, some around 50 per cent. Burn injuries above 40

per cent are considered very serious.
