05 March (HS): The Pink Employment Mahakumbh is being organized in the capital,

Lucknow. The selection process will be based on on-the-spot interviews. The

Pink Employment Mahakumbh will be held on March 8 in the auditorium of the

Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. Approximately 5,000 young

women with qualifications ranging from Class 12 to post-graduation will receive

employment opportunities.

District Employment Officer Pragya Tripathi stated

that the primary objective of this mega employment fair is to promote women's

empowerment and provide educated women with direct employment opportunities in

reputable companies. Automobile companies like Mahindra, Bajaj Banking and

Finance, HDFC Bank, e-commerce companies like Flipkart, and several major IT

and retail companies will participate in the Employment Mahakumbh. Women with

12th-grade degrees, graduates, post-graduates, ITI, Polytechnic, and diploma

holders can participate in the Employment Mahakumbh and avail of the benefits

of this scheme.

She

explained that this fair is dedicated exclusively to female candidates, where

an on-the-spot interview and selection process will be conducted. Interested

women are advised to arrive at the venue on time with all original and

photocopies of their educational documents.
