Hailakandi (Assam), 05 March (HS): In a shocking incident, a man was allegedly killed by his nephew over a land dispute in Hailakandi district of Assam.

According to police, the incident took place at Tajnitpur First Block in the district. During a dispute over land, the nephew reportedly attacked his uncle, leading to his death on the spot.

The deceased has been identified as Abdul Rashid Sheikh.

Upon receiving information, a police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body, which has been sent for post-mortem examination. Police have registered a case in connection with the incident and launched an investigation.---------------
