New Delhi, 28 March (H.S.):

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold targeted digital dialogues with BJP workers in Assam and the Union Territory of Puducherry on Sunday, March 30, as part of the ongoing “Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot” organisational drive ahead of the upcoming assembly elections. The interactions will be conducted via the party’s official NaMo app, allowing the Prime Minister to connect directly with booth‑level activists and voters in both regions.

Assam session in the afternoon

PM Modi said on the social‑media platform X that Assam has made “remarkable progress” over the past decade, with visible development across infrastructure, industry and social indicators. He expressed confidence that the people of the state will back the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) once again and that Assam will move forward under a “double‑engine” government for the next five years, combining state and central governance.

The Prime Minister confirmed that on March 30, at 1 p.m., he will address BJP workers in Assam through the NaMo app, discussing election strategy, booth‑level mobilisation and ways to strengthen the party’s organisational machinery.

The Assam segment of the “Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot Samvaad” is being positioned as a key moment in the campaign calendar, with the state government and party units asking volunteers to download the NaMo app and register for the event.

The exercise aims to project Modi as the central architect of the NDA’s narrative in the state, even when he is not physically present, and to reinforce the image of a tightly‑coordinated, data‑driven election campaign.

Puducherry session in the evening

In a separate X post, the Prime Minister highlighted the work of the NDA administration in Puducherry over the last five years, claiming that the Union Territory’s residents have seen their aspirations fulfilled under the current dispensation. He said he is looking forward to the evening session with BJP workers in Puducherry and expressed confidence that the people there will once again rally behind the alliance.

The Puducherry dialogue is scheduled for 5.30 p.m. on March 30 via the same app‑based platform.

The evening session will be framed as a part of the party’s “double‑engine” pitch in the territory, linking local development projects with broader national schemes. Party leaders in Puducherry plan to use the Prime Minister’s remarks as a talking point in door‑to‑door outreach and public meetings in the weeks that follow, hoping to convert the digital‑led dialogue into on‑the‑ground ballot support.

A strategic digital push before polls

The twin events in Assam and Puducherry underscore the BJP’s reliance on the NaMo app and other digital tools to keep its cadre energised without the logistical burden of mass rallies. The “Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot” campaign is designed to institutionalise booth‑level accountability, with each party worker expected to report back on voter interaction and scheme awareness.

For PM Modi, the March 30 sessions also serve a dual purpose: keeping the party’s narrative aligned with the government’s achievements while sending a clear electoral signal that the NDA intends to expand or retain its power in two key regions just as the overall election calendar heats up.
