
Guwahati, 28 March (HS): Union Home Minister Amit Shah led a massive roadshow in Guwahati on Saturday as part of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s campaign for the upcoming Assam Assembly elections.
The roadshow commenced from Arya Vidyapeeth College and proceeded towards Nepali Mandir, witnessing huge participation from party workers, supporters and local residents. People gathered in large numbers along the route to catch a glimpse of the senior BJP leader and express their support.
The roadshow was held in the Central Guwahati Assembly constituency, where Shah campaigned in favour of BJP candidate Vijay Gupta. The event marked a significant show of strength by the party in the constituency.
Shah’s roadshow is part of his broader election campaign in Assam, aimed at mobilising voters and strengthening the BJP’s position ahead of the Assembly elections.------------
