The posters were spotted at key public junctions, including AG Square, 120 Battalion Square, and areas near Rabindra Mandap. They raised questions about the purpose and functioning of the Biju–Naveen Trust, while also seeking clarification from BJD president and former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik regarding whose interests the organisation serves.

The visuals on the posters featured caricature-style depictions of Naveen Patnaik along with V. K. Pandian and Santrupt Misra, presented in a satirical tone. The content of the posters has sparked debate in political circles, intensifying scrutiny around the trust and its activities.
