Bahraich,

25 March (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the

Shaktipeeth temple in Devipatan on Wednesday, the seventh day of Chaitra

Navratri. He offered prayers to Goddess Pateshwari Devi and prayed for the state's

prosperity and peace. The Chief Minister also visited the Dalicha of Ratan Nath

Yogi, the deity installed within the temple complex, and offered prayers with

devotion.

The Chief

Minister's helicopter landed at the helipad located at Maa Pateshwari Senior

Secondary School, Bhawaniapur (Tulsipur), at 1:20 pm, nearly an hour behind

schedule. He was welcomed at the helipad by Devipatan Peethadhishwar Mithlesh

Nath Yogi Maharaj. From there, his convoy proceeded directly to the Devipatan

Temple by car. The Chief Minister entered the sanctum sanctorum and offered

prayers to Maa Pateshwari.

After the

worship, the Chief Minister reached the Dalicha of the deity Ratan Nath Yogi,

located in the temple complex, and bowed his head with reverence. During this

time, strict security arrangements were in place throughout the temple complex.

Senior police and administration officials were present on the spot, and the

movement of devotees was managed in an orderly manner.

The Chief

Minister will stay in the temple premises for about two hours. After this, he

will reach the helipad by car and depart for further programme. It is

noteworthy that this is the Chief Minister's second visit to Devipatan temple

in the last 15 days, due to which arrangements have been strengthened at the

administrative level. Special enthusiasm was seen among the devotees regarding

the arrival of the Chief Minister during the Navratri fair. Cleanliness,

security and other arrangements have been maintained in the temple premises so

that devotees coming from far away places do not face any inconvenience.
