New Delhi, 13 March (H.S.): Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Friday addressed probationary officers from the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and Royal Bhutan Service (RBS) at the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM). He emphasized innovation in public services to bolster democratic and electoral processes.

Kumar highlighted the need for strengthening electoral integrity amid evolving challenges. IIIDEM, the Election Commission's flagship training and research arm, equips not only Indian officials but also those from friendly nations with essential skills.
