Ahmedabad, 11 March (H.S.): Adani Sportsline appointed legendary coach Randhir Singh Sehrawat, dubbed Kabaddi ke Chanakya, as head coach of Gujarat Giants ahead of the next Pro Kabaddi League season.

Sehrawat, an Arjuna Awardee and PKL veteran since 2014, guided teams to one title and six playoffs. As Indian Railways coach, he secured multiple national championships for men's and women's squads. As a player, he represented India at the 1988 Asian Kabaddi Championship, 1989 South Asian Games, and 1990 Asian Games gold-winning team as vice-captain.

Sehrawat expressed delight at his PKL return, praising Gujarat's youth-experience blend and committing to championship glory. Adani Sportsline CBO Sanjay Adesara hailed his expertise as pivotal for building a formidable squad.
