PM Modi expressed deep condolences for the fatalities and reiterated India's unwavering solidarity with the UAE during these testing times. He extended gratitude for the UAE's steadfast care toward its 3.5 million-strong Indian diaspora, a vital lifeline amid Gulf disruptions.
