a press conference on Budget 2026-27 held at the Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar

Azad Circuit House on Tuesday, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said

that the entire world is confident that no one can stop India from progressing.

Budget 2026-27 embraces the vision of a developed India by 2047, focusing on

all sectors, including youth, the poor, farmers, women, infrastructure, and the

defense sector.

The

Deputy Chief Minister stated that this budget provides numerous opportunities

to enrich the poor, achieve new heights of progress in tourism, and advance

women's empowerment, health, employment, and infrastructure. Describing the

Union Budget 2026-27 as a clear roadmap for a developed India,

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that this budget strengthens

the resolve for all-round prosperity, holistic development, and a self-reliant

India. He expressed gratitude for the budget presented under the leadership of

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman,

calling it Modi's Guaranteed Budget. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad

Maurya said that the budget has been prepared with villages, the poor, farmers,

women's empowerment, tourism promotion, and increasing farmers' income at its

core. This budget is dedicated to the welfare of the poor, quality healthcare,

agricultural development, and infrastructure strengthening. This comprehensive,

inclusive, and confident budget meets the expectations of every section of

society. He said that this budget lays the foundation for holistic development

by prioritizing the interests of all. It is a strong and visionary step towards

self-reliance, which has the potential to empower India economically and

socially.

The

Deputy Chief Minister said that this budget, presented under the able guidance

of Prime Minister Modi and the leadership of Finance Minister Nirmala

Sitharaman, strongly advances the goal of a developed India by 2047 with

concrete policies and a positive approach. Describing the budget as historic,

he said it opens new opportunities in every sector, from manufacturing to infrastructure,

health to tourism, rural economy to artificial intelligence, sports to

pilgrimage. The Deputy Chief Minister stated that the presented budget will

provide a new impetus to investment, entrepreneurship, and productivity,

further strengthening India's position on the global stage as an emerging

economic powerhouse. Similarly, Uttar Pradesh's accession to two important

corridors, Varanasi-Delhi and Varanasi-Siliguri, out of seven high-speed rail

corridors, will provide a new impetus to the state's connectivity, investment,

and development. He stated that the Union Budget 2026-27 will further

accelerate the growth momentum that Prime Minister Modi's visionary economic

policies have strengthened the Indian economy.

interaction, in response to questions raised by the opposition on the budget,

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya stated that Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh

Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, and Tejashwi Yadav are desperate for power. They cannot

engage in politics without power because service is not in their nature, and

power is not going to be theirs. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's

leadership, the goal of a developed India by 2047 has been set. He is confident

that India will become developed by 2047, and so will Uttar Pradesh. Attacking

the opposition, the Deputy Chief Minister said that those without power engage

in fake politics by making false allegations, and now their business will be

ruined. Spokesperson Pawan Srivastava moderated the press conference, while

co-media in-charge Vivek Mishra delivered the vote of thanks. Gangapar media

in-charge Umesh Tiwari and Yamunapar media in-charge Dilip Chaturvedi were

Workers

should actively engage with full force regarding Form 6: While meeting with

party workers and officials at the Circuit House, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad

Maurya said that now devote the entire three days to filling Form 6. In 2027,

we will achieve a bigger victory than in 2017. Time is short. Workers should

devote their time at their booths with full strength and activity till February

6. India's prestige is increasing in the world. The budget of 2026-27 has been

presented as the essence of all the budgets. Make it reach the public. Previous

governments neglected Buddhist and Hindu pilgrimage sites and now the BJP

government is developing those pilgrimage sites. Every worker should strengthen

his booth to win 2027.
