Lucknow,

07 Jan (HS): A shocking revelation has emerged in the case of sexual

exploitation and attempted conversion of a female resident of KGMU. The parents

of the accused, Dr. Rameez, were arrested by police on Monday. During

interrogation, the accused revealed that Rameez was influenced by Changur, a

resident of Balrampur, who was the leader of the conversion gang. Rameez had been

distressed since Changur's arrest.

Police

are now investigating the connection between Rameez and Changur. Sources say

Rameez met Changur through a cleric. It is reported that the cleric also

pressured the victim to convert. Keeping Changur's connections in mind, Chowk

police have informed intelligence agencies about the case. Police are

investigating Rameez's travel history over the past year. The accused's call

detail records have provided several important clues. Evidence of Rameez's

interactions with individuals abroad has also been found. It is suspected that

Rameez fled abroad after the FIR was filed. Police found the accused's last

location in Lucknow. However, the accused's phone has not been switched on

again, making his location difficult to ascertain.

Secrets

will be revealed after the Qazi is caught: Sources say that Rameez had

converted the first victim as part of a conspiracy. In this case, after

arresting Rameez's father Salimuddin, a resident of Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar,

Uttarakhand, and mother Khadija, the police is searching for Qazi Syed Zahid

Hasan, a resident of Pilibhit who performed the marriage. It is believed that

the gang will be exposed after the Qazi is caught. Information will also be

gathered about how many more women the Qazi has converted. Meanwhile, a police

team is conducting raids in search of Shariq Khan, a witness to the conversion.

The

failure to arrest the accused has raised questions about the police's handling

of the case. The police did not even detain the accused for questioning after

the FIR was filed. The accused was present at KGMU but was not apprehended.

Afterward, Rameez took the opportunity and went underground. Several

organizations have expressed displeasure over the accused's failure to be

apprehended.

The

accused was in touch with 15 other residents: An FIR has been registered

against Dr. Rameez Malik, accused of pressurizing a resident doctor of KGMU to

convert her religion before marriage. Based on the statement of his first wife,

his parents have also been arrested on the charge of conversion. The truth

about the accused resident Dr. Rameez Malik was revealed when a resident doctor

of KGMU accused him of pressurizing her to convert her religion before

marriage. When the police checked the call details of the accused doctor, it

was found that he was in touch with 15 other resident doctors of other

religions. The real story behind this is about getting a huge amount of money

in exchange for conversion.

There's

talk at KGMU that he received Rs. 1.5 million for converting a Delhi-based

doctor. The average fee for converting non-medicos is only Rs. five lakh. This

is why Rameez was in contact with several resident doctors simultaneously. Call

details reveal lengthy conversations with these resident doctors even outside

normal working hours.
