18 Jan (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's helicopter landed

at the helipad on the Chandrashekhar Azad Agricultural University (CSA) campus

on Sunday to attend the wedding ceremony of Cabinet Minister Rakesh Sachan's

daughter. He was welcomed by the mayor and MLAs upon his arrival. Cabinet

Minister Swatantra Dev Singh was also present with the Chief Minister.

Meanwhile,

former President Ram Nath Kovind's helicopter landed at the second helipad on

the CSA campus. A large number of party workers were present to welcome him.

The former president accepted everyone's greetings with folded hands. It's

worth noting that the daughter of Rakesh Sachan, Minister of Micro, Small and

Medium Enterprises and Khadi and Village Industries, based in Bithoor, is

getting married. Many top leaders from the country and state have arrived in

Kanpur to attend the wedding.

than ten VVIPs, including Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Madhya

Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Cabinet Minister Swatantra Dev Singh,

former President Ram Nath Kovind, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, were

present in the city to attend the ceremony. Security has been heightened in the

city, with the CSA being turned into a cantonment. Furthermore, there is tight

police presence at every corner of the venue.
