Lucknow, 30 Aug (HS): Putting an end to the speculations about the judicial
investigation report submitted to the government regarding Sambhal in Uttar
Pradesh, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that the report will be made
public only after it is presented in the cabinet. However, Brajesh Pathak told
the journalists about all the developments that have taken place in Sambhal
since independence and the efforts of the government. Deputy Chief Minister
Brajesh Pathak said in a press conference at Lok Bhawan on Saturday that the
inquiry commission has submitted the judicial inquiry report of Sambhal to the
Chief Minister. Various news media are publishing reports about the report
based on their sources. We will not talk about the judicial inquiry report
right now. We will first take the report to the cabinet, only then will we tell
the media.
Brajesh Pathak said that we are working
to ensure that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's schemes for the welfare of the
poor reach the masses and that the rule of law is established under the
leadership of the Yogi government in UP. Our government is working without
appeasement while maintaining law and order in UP. Work has been going on to
change the demographics in various parts of the country including the borders
of UP. News related to this has been appearing in newspapers. Prime Minister
Modi and Chief Minister Yogi have been discussing this from various platforms.
We are committed to taking everyone along in UP. We will not allow demographic
change here.
The Deputy Chief Minister also mentioned
the Sambhal riots of 1924. Along with this, he said that Harihar temple was
built by Prithvi Raj Chauhan. Babar had tried to convert that temple into a
mosque by breaking it. All these figures tell what has happened to Hindus. Be
it Dalit or upper caste, everyone was wronged there. Their establishments,
shops and houses were occupied. Congress did nothing. There was extreme Muslim
appeasement in the Congress and Samajwadi Party governments. Akhilesh
government was in power in UP from 2012 to 2017. Appeasement reached its limit
in his government. Cases of terrorists were withdrawn. Thanks to the court,
otherwise the Akhilesh Yadav government would have released the terrorists.
Hindus were forced to migrate in Sambhal during his government.
Brajesh Pathak told in detail about the
action taken against illegal encroachment in the Yogi government. He also told
about the special campaigns of the government. He said that before 2017 there
was electricity theft in Sambhal. There was a problem of 80 percent line loss.
Today 18 percent line loss is left. Our government is working above caste,
religion and language. Now there will be no migration in Sambhal. Now the rule
of law will be established in Sambhal. In Sambhal, large scale encroachment
removal action was taken during the last 1 year. Nearly 1067 encroachments were
removed. As a result of this action, 68.942 hectares of land was freed from
encroachment. In Sambhal, under the strict policy of the Yogi government and
its zero tolerance approach, major action was taken in the last one year to
remove illegal encroachments from mosques, shrines, graveyards and madrasas. By
running a special campaign, 37 illegal encroachments were removed till
yesterday. 68 mythological pilgrimage sites and 19 ancient wells were freed
from encroachment.
