Bhubaneswar, 21 May (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident in Kalyan, Mumbai, where the collapse of a slab in an old building claimed multiple lives. The news of the unfortunate incident has left the Chief Minister deeply saddened.

In a heartfelt message shared on social media, CM Majhi said, “I am deeply pained to learn about the loss of several lives due to the collapse of an old building slab in Kalyan, Mumbai. The information that some of the victims are from the Odia community has made the tragedy even more heartbreaking for me.”

The Chief Minister extended his condolences to the bereaved families and expressed his solidarity with them in this hour of grief. “I offer my heartfelt sympathies to the families of the deceased and pray for eternal peace for the departed souls,” he added.
