Delhi/Tirupati, 2 May (H.S.): On Friday, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the official steward of the Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple, introduced a feedback system for pilgrims via WhatsApp.

Through this platform, worshippers can provide input on temple services and amenities like anna prasadam (complimentary food for worshippers), hygiene, laddu prasadam (sacred sweet), baggage areas, general experience, and more.

TTD has launched a new WhatsApp system to simplify and improve the collection of feedback from pilgrims visiting Tirumala and Tirupati. The temple organization stated in a release, 'This initiative seeks to enhance transparency, service quality, and devotee contentment.'
