New Delhi, 19 April (H.S.): The second edition of the Tri-services Future Warfare Course is scheduled at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi, from April 21 to May 09, 2025. Organized by the Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff and coordinated by the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS), this three-week program builds on the success of the inaugural course held in September 2024.
Under the vision of Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, it aims to prepare officers for modern warfare challenges. Maintaining a rank-agnostic approach, the curriculum has been enhanced to cover specialized military operations and the impact of technology on warfare.
The program will facilitate discussions aligning operational priorities with the capabilities of the indigenous defense sector, promoting strategic thinking. Participants will include officers from various ranks, as well as representatives from other Ministry of Defence departments and the defense industry, supporting the mission of making Armed Forces ‘future ready’, fostering jointness, and developing strategic leaders.
