Odisha Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has lauded the prompt and effective response of the Odisha Police following the successful rescue of an infant who was abducted from the Ram Temple premises in Bhubaneswar late Saturday night. The child, missing for three days, was safely reunited with his family, bringing immense relief and joy to the state’s top leadership and the public alike.
Expressing his heartfelt emotions on social media platform X, Chief Minister Majhi wrote, “The news of the kidnapped infant returning to the arms of his visually impaired mother has given me great reassurance. Witnessing the smile on her face after being reunited with her son has filled me with immense joy. The successful rescue within three days of the incident demonstrates the swift and decisive actions taken by our police force to deliver justice to a poor, helpless woman. This is truly praiseworthy.”
The Chief Minister hailed the operation as a shining example of quick and compassionate policing, emphasizing that such responsiveness reflects the government’s dedication to justice, especially for the vulnerable sections of society.
