Amravati, 25 Mar (HS):- An 18-month-old leopard was

found dead in a 50-foot-deep farm well in Jalka Beat under Chandur Railway

Forest Area of Amravati district. The Forest Department Officials brought out

the body and carried out the post-mortem before consigning it to flames.

The farm owner Dadarao Ghatole noticed the leopard

body in the well and informed the Forest Range Officer Bhanudas Pawar. Upon

survey of the area, the Forest Officials concluded that in search of the pray

the leopard might have fallen into the well.
