NEW DELHI, 15 March (H.S.) :

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati

announced on Friday that the Delhi Police has denied his request to hold a

sit-in at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on March 17. He noted that the notice cited

concerns regarding the decline in law and order as the reason for the refusal. Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati stated,

You cannot silence our voice by preventing us from taking a seat. This

voice represents the Sanatan Dharmis.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati

stated, We will seek answers to all our inquiries, and our struggle will

persist. Should you deny us access to Ramlila Maidan, we will convene at

Krishna Lila Maidan instead. Regardless of the location, we will continue to

advocate for Sanatan Dharma on behalf of the 1.25 billion people in the

nation.

Recently, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand

Saraswati made a statement asserting, We have stepped forward to advocate

for the public in response to their demands. We have posed inquiries to all

political parties concerning the Kumbh. Each political party was allotted time

to respond. On 17 March 2025, the true intentions of these political parties

will be revealed, serving as an X-ray of their positions.
