Raipur, 6 February (HS): Newly appointed Director General of Police Arun Dev Gautam made a courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai at his residence office today on Thursday. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai congratulated Gautam for the new responsibility and provided necessary guidelines to make law and order, crime control, civil security and police administration more effective in the state. He emphasized on strengthening law and order in the state through proper use of modern techniques, public participation and disciplined policing.
