Dongargarh/Raipur, 05 February (HS): Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will participate in the first Samadhi Smriti Maha Mahotsav of famous Jain saint Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj in the religious city of Dongargarh in Rajnandgaon district on February 6.

According to the organizers and administration of the festival, Amit Shah's arrival is proposed in Dongargarh at 12:55 pm. He will reach Chandragiri Tirtha directly and pay tribute to Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj by attending the ceremony. Devotees and followers from all over the country are gathering in this festival.

During the program, Home Minister Amit Shah will also meet the saint community and local dignitaries. After the program organized at Chandragiri Tirtha, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit the famous Maa Bamleshwari temple in Dongargarh at 2:50 pm.

In view of the visit of the Union Minister, the administration has made extensive security arrangements. Dongargarh police, district administration and other security agencies are keeping vigil in the entire area. SP and Collector are personally monitoring the preparations. Special forces have been deployed for security around Chandragiri shrine and Maa Bamleshwari temple.
