31 Dec (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh
visited Hanumangarhi on Wednesday and offered prayers to Sankat Mochan Hanuman.
After leaving Hanumangarhi, the Defense Minister and the Chief Minister went
straight to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex. Here, they paid obeisance at the
Lord Shri Ram Lalla Temple and Ram Darbar. Both performed the Aarti ritual and
circumambulated the temple. The Chief Minister and Defense Minister prayed for
the happiness and prosperity of the country and the state.
Defence
Minister Rajnath Singh reached Ayodhya on Wednesday morning to participate in
the Pratishtha Dwadashi programme and was welcomed by Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath at Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. From here, Defence
Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Hanumangarhi
and bowed their heads at the feet of Sankat Mochan. From here they directly
reached Shri Ram Janmabhoomi premises. Here they paid obeisance at the court of
Lord Shri Ram Lalla. After this, they also visited Ram Darbar and prayed for
the progress of the country and state and for the welfare of the people.
The
flag of Dharma was hoisted on the top of the Mother Annapurna Temple: The
Defense Minister and the Chief Minister hoisted the flag of Dharma on the top
of the Mother Annapurna Temple after performing the ritualistic worship amidst
chants of Shri Ram. The flag was hoisted on the top of the Mother Annapurna
Temple using the same technique used to hoist the flag on the top of Ram Lal's
temple.
After
darshan at Ram Darbar, greeted the devotees: After darshan and puja, Defense
Minister and Chief Minister emerged from the temple, devotees greeted them with
chants of Jai Shri Ram. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath waved his
hand to acknowledge the public's greetings and affectionately blessed the
children. An atmosphere of devotion and enthusiasm prevailed throughout the
complex.
