In her message, Mamata Banerjee paid tribute to the iconic singer of the Indian music industry, stating that Mohammed Rafi was a legend whose voice still lives on in the hearts of millions.

The Chief Minister wrote that Rafi Sahab's contribution to the history of Indian music is invaluable and his singing will continue to inspire listeners for generations to come.
