21 Dec (HS): The exhibition
inauguration session was held in a dignified atmosphere under the 65th
provincial convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Kanpur Province,
held in the city of Veer Abhai, Orai, district Jalaun. The exhibition has been
named 'Dr. Hedgewar Smriti Mandapam', which has emerged as a source of
inspiration dedicated to the ideas of nation building. On the auspicious
occasion of the centenary year of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the auditorium
was named after the founder of the Sangh, Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar ji, due
to which this exhibition became a powerful symbol of the resolutions and
ideological journey of the centenary year.
The exhibition effectively presents the life,
thoughts, educational contributions, and organizational vision of renowned
nationalist thinker and educationist Prof. Yashwantrao Kelkar on the occasion
of his birth centenary. This exhibition aims to convey his ideas to the new
generation. Furthermore, the exhibition showcases glimpses of ABVP's
educational, social, creative, and national programs organized throughout the
year in all the districts of Kanpur Province, highlighting the organization's
continued activism and student-friendly approach.
The chief guest at the inaugural session, Shri
Ram, a provincial pracharak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, said,
Exhibitions like the Dr. Hedgewar Smriti Mandapam not only connect
today's youth with history, but also with a sense of duty to the nation. A
nation becomes strong only when students become thoughtful. He described
ABVP as a powerful medium for fostering nationalist consciousness in the
student community.
While observing the exhibition, State Vice
President Pawan Tripathi said, This exhibition is not just a collection
of paintings, but a workshop of thought, character, and nation-building. The
life of Prof. Yashwantrao Kelkar teaches us that education is not just a
degree, but a sense of responsibility to the nation. He described the glimpses
of the year-long organizational work as a testament to ABVP's vitality and
commitment. Present on the stage on this occasion were State Co-Minister Harsh
Jain, City President Shravan Tripathi, and City Co-Minister Aman Budhauliya.
All guests praised the exhibition's content, presentation, and ideological
flow. The exhibition's opening session provided ideological strength and
inspiring energy to the convention, instilling renewed enthusiasm for
nation-building among thousands of workers and students.
During this, Regional Organization Minister of
Eastern Uttar Pradesh region Ghanshyam Shahi, All India Agrivision Chief Vikram
Farshwan, State President Dr. Brajesh Mishra, State Minister Shivaraje Bundela,
State Organization Minister Manish Rai, Co-State Organization Minister Tarun
Bajpai and hundreds of representatives were present.
