NAINITAL, 4 November (H.S.): President Droupadi Murmu laid the foundation stone for a new main gate at the historic Raj Bhavan in Nainital on Tuesday. The event was held in the presence of Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Gurmit Sing
