Guwahati, 22 November (HS):

The house-to-house (H2H) survey by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) for the Special Revision of the electoral roll commenced across Assam on Saturday. The exercise aims to update voter lists, incorporate new eligible voters, and correct existing entries.

Officials stated that BLOs will visit every household as per schedule to collect details of eligible voters. They will also assist new voters in filling out forms and submitting required documents for inclusion in the electoral roll.

The Election Department has urged citizens to cooperate with BLOs and provide accurate information to ensure an error-free and updated voter list.
