For this, Parth (Police Army Recruitment Training and Hunar) scheme has been prepared. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will launch the scheme today on Wednesday at 1 pm in the closing ceremony of the state level Yuva Mahotsav program at TT Nagar Stadium in Bhopal. Sports Minister Vishwas Sarang said that this scheme has been brought to provide employment in police and army to the patriotic and energetic youth of the state and to awaken the feeling of patriotism.

Minister Sarang said that under the Parth scheme, a training scheme will be run at the divisional level to provide pre-recruitment physical and mental training to the youth of the state to provide employment in Indian Army, Police, Paramilitary etc. Training will be provided to the youth by subject experts for physical efficiency (physical test), written examination (general knowledge, mathematics, English etc.) and personality development. The training center will be operated by the concerned District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer. For this, the cooperation of rural youth coordinator and departmental employees will also be taken. The pre-recruitment training scheme will be self-financed. For this, a fixed fee will be received from the trainee every month. The training fee will be determined by the Player Trainer Welfare Committee constituted for the concerned sports infrastructure.

The minimum qualification of the trainer to be hired on a fixed honorarium for physical efficiency (physical test) is B.P.Ed./B.P.E./N.I.S. For written examination (general knowledge, mathematics, English etc.) and personality development, the services of subject experts working in government/semi-government educational institutions will be taken on part time basis. The decision to take the services of subject experts at the local level, other than officers/employees working in government/semi-government educational institutions, from other qualified persons will be taken by the Player Trainer Welfare Committee.
