22 January (H.S.): A tragic accident took place late night near village Kakra

of Churkhi police station area in Orai Kotwali area. They were coming to Orai

to attend a wedding ceremony. Due to the high speed, the young man's car went

out of control of the driver and overturned after plunging into a ditch on the side

of the road. The car was badly damaged in which six people were completely

trapped and injured.

There was chaos after the accident. On receiving the

information, the police evacuated all the injured and sent them to the medical

college where Raghav son of Umesh resident of Rajpur Kanpur Dehat, Laxman son

of Raju of Bhal village police station Rajpur Kanpur Dehat, Vinay alias Anup

son of Bablu Kanpur Dehat died. Whereas the condition of three people has become

critical and they have been referred. As soon as the family members got

information about the accident, they reached the spot, the police took

possession of the three bodies and sent them for post-mortem, while the police

is investigating the accident.
