Guwahati (Assam), 30 June (HS): A cyclist died in a road accident in Bargang, Bihali on Sunday. The accident happened when the cyclist was crushed by a vehicle near Sukan Sunti Bridge on National Highway No. 15 in Bargang.

The injured cyclist was taken to the hospital but doctors have declared him dead. The deceased has been identified as Chittaranjan Sarkar of Gangamauthan, Bihali. Bargang police seized the vehicle that caused the accident and recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.
