Meerut, 15 May (HS): A missing child was strangled to death in TP Nagar police station area. After this the body was buried in the foundation of the house under construction. The police, which reached the information on Wednesday, sent the body for post-mortem and started investigation.

In Harman City in TP Nagar police station area, the police received information that the body of a child was found in the foundation of a house. Police recovered the body of an eight-year-old boy from the pit in the foundation of a house under construction. The child was identified as Bansi son of Krishna, resident of Shivapuram.

This child had gone missing while playing outside the house on Tuesday afternoon. When he did not return home till late evening, his family started searching for him. There is a suspicion of murder of the innocent child by strangulation. FSL team also reached the spot and collected evidence. According to SP City Ayush Vikram, a police team has been formed to search for the killer. The incident will be revealed soon.
