Bhubaneswar, 26 December (H.S.)The Puri Shree Mandir Administration has launched beautifully designed desk and wall calendars, featuring captivating images of Lord Jagannath, to celebrate the arrival of the English New Year 2025.

The first copies of the calendars were ceremoniously presented to Lord Jagannath at the Shree Mandir in Puri. After this sacred dedication, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi officially unveiled both the desk and wall calendars today.

The desk calendar showcases artwork by various artists from Odisha, complemented by intricate sand art designs. In a similar vein, the seven-page wall calendar features stunning images of Lord Jagannath in his majestic chariot during the Rath Yatra festival.

These calendars will be available for sale to devotees at the information centres of Shree Mandir, located in Puri and Bhubaneswar, starting from the beginning of the New Year.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by Law Minister Shri Prithviraj Harichandan, Chief Secretary Shri Manoj Ahuja, Development Commissioner Smt. Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Nikuñja Bihari Dhal, Principal Secretary of the Law Department Shri Manas Ranjan Barik, Chief Administrator of Shree Mandir Dr. Aravind Padhee, and the Collector and Superintendent of Police of Puri district.
