Bhubaneswar, 14 August (H.S.): The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has extended the registration deadline for the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) 2026, providing candidates additional time to complete the application process.

According to a notification issued by the Board on August 1, 2026, the registration window was initially scheduled to remain open from August 3 to August 17, 2026. The deadline has now been extended to midnight of August 23, 2026.

Eligible candidates who have not yet registered for the examination can submit their applications within the extended deadline through the official portal of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

The Board has advised applicants to complete the registration process well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.

Candidates are also advised to carefully check the prescribed eligibility criteria, examination fee, application procedure and other instructions before submitting their applications.
