Ayodhya, 14 Aug (HS): In the sacred Ayodhya Dham, during the

pious commemorative grand festival in the blessed memory of the revered saint, the

late Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj, UP CM Yogi Adityanath paid

lavish honors to the late Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj in

Ayodhya, recognizing the renowned saint's lifelong commitment and pivotal role

in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi campaign.

Yogi Adityanath paid a visit to Ayodhya to honor the

death/memorial anniversary festivities of Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji

Maharaj, highlighting the need of unity in preserving Sanatan traditions.

Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj was a prominent leader and former

chief of the Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, dedicating his entire life from 1949 to the

construction of a great Ram Temple. The Chief Minister emphasized the

historical significance of the saint's rigorous penance and aggressive battle

under terrible conditions, which created the groundwork for the temple's

eventual building.

“The clamor of those dividing us in the name of caste, region,

and language is growing louder. There is a need to exercise caution with them. I

told those mullahs—we Hindus will be taught by you how to worship Mother Cow? Whoever

becomes a traitor to Lord Shri Ram, we will deal with them until the last

breath and confront them with full strength. Governments came and went, but no

government could ever dislodge the revered saint Parmahans Ramchandra Das Ji

Maharaj. The Samajwadi Party leader had said that if an SP government comes to

power, it will install a statue of Kansa. We said, Brother, if their thinking

itself is that of Kansa, then what more hope can we have from them. If the

Congress had stood firm just once in the year 1947, the country's unfortunate

partition would not have happened, the massacre of millions of Hindus would not

have occurred. We must recognize these enemies. Their target is Sanatan Dharma,

Ayodhya Dham, and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. Today's transformed Shri Ayodhya Dham

reminds us once again of the Treta Yuga. We were divided, that's why we were

cut. The revered saint, the departed Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji

Maharaj, had just one sole aim in his life—to construct the grand temple of

Lord Shri Ram on Shri Ram Janmabhoomi,” he opined while addressing the

gathering.

“On the occasion of the 23rd death anniversary of the

revered saint, the late Mahant Paramhans Ramchandra Das Ji Maharaj, today, in

the sacred presence of revered sadhus and saints, I participated in the 'Punya

Smriti Mahamahotsav' organized at Shri Ayodhya Dham and offered my humble

tribute. His entire life was dedicated to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Salutations

to his sacred memories,” he mentioned in a post on X.
