New Delhi, 23 July (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday shared a Sanskrit subhashitam on X, highlighting the profound spiritual and cosmic relationship between the individual soul (Jivatma) and the Supreme Consciousness.

The verse shared by the Prime Minister reads:

यश्चायमस्मिन्नाकाशे तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषः सर्वानुभूः।

यश्चायमस्मिन्नात्मनि तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषः सर्वानुभूः॥

Explaining its meaning, the Prime Minister said that the same supreme, radiant and eternal truth that pervades the vast sky and the universe also resides within every individual soul. He noted that this timeless wisdom reflects the belief that whatever exists within every living being and every particle of creation also exists in the universe, underscoring the inseparable unity between the individual self and the cosmos.
