expansion is a huge impediment to society progress and underscores the
necessity of preserving demographic balance.
“Balance in population is the foundation of a prosperous
society. Let us, on the occasion of 'World Population Day', resolve to raise
awareness towards population balance and family welfare,” UP CM remarked in a
