
Lucknow, 11 July (HS): Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister
of Uttar Pradesh, has announced over Rs. 1282 crore in development projects in
Kushinagar and Gorakhpur. The initiatives include the inauguration and
foundation-laying of 464 development projects worth Rs. 525 crore in
Kushinagar, as well as a number of road and infrastructure projects in
Gorakhpur, his home district.
Recent redevelopment initiatives and visits in both districts have highlighted
the following: Kushinagar - Over Rs. 525
crore has been invested in 464 projects related to infrastructure, electricity,
health, and rural connectivity. The Kushinagar, Ramkola, and Hata assembly
seats will see a significant increase in public facilities and road
construction. CM Yogi will address a huge public gathering in Tekuatar,
stressing the government's commitment to quick public grievance redress.
Gorakhpur - Ayush University and Connectivity: Projects
include the opening of the Bhathat-Banssthan four-lane road and the
construction of new student residences at Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush
University. The establishment of large-scale industrial projects, such as the
Ambuja Cement production facility in the Dhuriapar industrial region, which would
create hundreds of new employment. The Chief Minister addresses public hearings
at the Gorakhnath Temple on a regular basis, asking administrative personnel to
guarantee that public issues are resolved transparently and timely.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will launch and lay the
groundwork for 24 development projects costing over Rs 758 crore in Gorakhpur
on Saturday, with a primary focus on enhancing road connectivity and tourist
infrastructure in the Pipraich assembly seat.
The chief minister will launch five road projects costing around Rs 697 crore,
including the 11.6-kilometer Bhatat-Banssthan four-lane road, which cost Rs 689
crore. The initiative is intended to improve access to the Mahayogi Guru
Gorakhnath State Ayush University. He will also lay the groundwork for 19
projects totaling more than Rs 60 crore, including road expansion, rural
connection, and tourist development efforts. Major tourist initiatives include
the construction of Mahadev Kund in Sirsiya village, the Samay Mata Temple in
Budhadih, and a rural tourism project in Aurangabad village.
“Today, at the Mahaparinirvana site of Lord Buddha,
Kushinagar, and the sacred penance site of the great yogi Guru Shri Gorakhnath
Ji, Gorakhpur, numerous resolutions for development and public welfare will be
realized. In the Kushinagar, Ramkola, and Hata assembly constituencies, 464
projects costing more than Rs. 525 crore, and in the Pipraich assembly
constituency of Gorakhpur, 24 development projects including the
Btahata-Banssthan road costing more than Rs. 757 crore, will be
inaugurated/foundation stones laid. Additionally, certificates will also be
distributed to beneficiaries of various schemes. Heartiest congratulations to
