Gorakhpur, 27 June (HS): During his visit to the Gorakhnath
Temple on Saturday morning, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in addition to
serving the people by holding public darshan, also visited the temple's cowshed
and engaged in cow service. He affectionately patted the cows and cattle, fed
them jaggery and bread, and instructed the cowshed workers to properly care for
the cattle.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's daily routine remained
traditional during his visit to the Gorakhnath Temple on Saturday morning. He
visited and worshipped Guru Gorakhnath, the incarnation of Shiva, and then
bowed his head at the samadhi of his guru, the late Mahant Avedyanath, seeking
his blessings. Whenever Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is at the Gorakhnath
Temple, cow service is a part of his daily routine.
On Saturday morning, the Chief Minister, after visiting the
temple complex, visited the cowshed and spent some time there. At the cowshed,
Chief Minister Yogi stroked the foreheads of the cattle, patted them, and fed
them jaggery and bread with his own hands. During the cow service, the Chief
Minister also showered his affection on the peacocks roaming the cowshed.
