Lucknow, 27 June (HS): On International MSME Day, Uttar

Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recognizes the state's extensive micro,

small, and medium company network of over 96 lakh units, which employs over 3

crore people. The administration has routinely commemorated the event by

initiating big entrepreneurial projects and loan disbursements to encourage

youngsters and craftsmen.

“Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the people of

the state and entrepreneurs on 'MSME Day', dedicated to entrepreneurship,

innovation, and self-reliance. Under the successful guidance of the Hon'ble

Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, Uttar Pradesh's MSME sector is emerging

today as the growth engine of the country's economy. Through the synergy of

traditional arts, skills, and modern technology, our entrepreneurs are

transforming Vocal for Local into Local for Global, thereby enhancing the pride

of the state on the global stage,” he mentioned in a post on X.

“Today, on the occasion of 'International MSME Day', Uttar

Pradesh's resolve for entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and self-reliance

will gain new energy. On this occasion, in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, along with

the curtain raiser ceremony of the fourth edition of the U.P. International

Trade Show (UPITS), tool kits will be distributed to the beneficiaries of ODOP

and Vishwakarma Labour Honour Scheme, subsidy cheques to the beneficiaries of

MSME units and the technology upgradation scheme, and financial assistance to

the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development

Campaign. Additionally, bankers who have performed exemplary work will also be

honoured,” he added.

“Thereafter, with the inauguration and foundation stone

laying of 70 development projects, including the main administrative building

of the Noida Authority located in Sector-96 at a cost of Rs. 2,479 crore, a new

chapter of development will be ushered in. Let us become partners in this

journey of development towards a self-reliant, entrepreneurial, and 'Developed

Uttar Pradesh',” he opined prior to signing off.
