Chandigarh, 19 June (H.S.) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has stepped up

preparations for the three-day Punjab visit of its National President, Nitin

Nabin, beginning on June 20. Party leaders and workers across the state are

actively engaged in organizing the visit, which is being seen as a significant

event for strengthening the BJP’s organizational presence in Punjab.

Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh

Dhillon is personally overseeing the preparations and holding a series of

meetings with senior leaders, district presidents, office-bearers, and party

workers. The meetings are focused on reviewing arrangements, coordinating

programs, and ensuring maximum participation of party cadres during the

national president’s visit.

According to party sources, special

preparations are underway in Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana. Various BJP

wings and cells have been assigned specific responsibilities to ensure the

smooth conduct of all events. Preparations for welcome ceremonies, workers’

meetings, and organizational interactions have entered the final stage.

Nitin Nabin will arrive in Amritsar

on June 20, where he will pay obeisance at the Golden Temple and visit

Jallianwala Bagh, Durgiana Temple, and Ram Tirath Temple, paying tribute to

Punjab’s rich spiritual, cultural, and historical heritage. Later in the day,

he will travel to Jalandhar and interact with party workers and office-bearers.

On June 21, Nabin will participate

in the International Yoga Day celebrations at Lovely Professional University.

He will then proceed to Ludhiana, where he is scheduled to inaugurate the BJP’s

new district office and hold meetings with senior organizational leaders. In

the evening, he will interact with industrialists and members of the business

community.

Party leaders believe that the

national president’s visit will inject fresh energy into the BJP’s

organizational structure in Punjab and accelerate its expansion efforts ahead

of the 2027 Assembly elections. BJP workers across the state are working

tirelessly to make the visit a grand success, reflecting the enthusiasm and

confidence within the party ranks.
