New Delhi, 15 June (HS): Nearly four lakh candidates have downloaded their admit cards for the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination scheduled to be held on June 21, the National Testing Agency (NTA) said on Monday.
In a statement, the NTA acknowledged that some candidates were facing difficulties in downloading their admit cards due to technical and server-related issues. The agency said teams were working continuously to resolve the problems and ensure that all candidates are able to access their admit cards.
The NTA expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and assured candidates that the issues were being addressed on priority.
According to the agency, heavy traffic on the website has led to increased pressure
on servers. Efforts are underway to ensure that candidates can download their admit cards without difficulty.
The NTA also said that a facility has been provided for bank account verification to facilitate fee refunds. The feature can be accessed through a two-factor authentication login system.
Meanwhile, some candidates have raised concerns on social media regarding technical issues and the two-factor authentication process. The agency, however, appealed to candidates to remain patient and said all eligible candidates would receive access to their admit cards well before the examination.
The NEET-UG 2026 re-examination is scheduled to be conducted on June 21.
